    Kazouk know from my own experience how the body

    transformation change people's life let alone health 

    improvement.  It changed my life for good. 

    Confidence. Happiness. Health in body and mind 

    

    - kazouk lost 2 stone after the age of 50. ( Photo left)  

      everyone asked me how I did and everyone started to

      talk and ask me how I changed and complemented

      my achievement how I look youthful for my age  

      not only appearence boosted my confidence and 

      happiness.  I can truly proud of my strong will and 

      the determination I changed my life after 50

      I am stronger and healthier and I did achieve many 

      things after I lost 2 stones. 

 

   -  At the assessment of Personal training, the rest are all

      20s with some are professonal pole dancer or PT, that 

      was told by the assesor who assess a neumerous

      numbers of PT candidates, my performance is

      exceptional!!  Other PTs who participated in the 

     assessment were amazed at my age and fitness level 

     with youthfulness and asked how I can be so energetic

     and young. 

 

      I can tell you how I transformed my body and life from 

      I was fat and sad with severe back pain

      Now not only I look younger and slimmer, I have more 

      energy and stamina and combat my back pain. 

 

     I can share how I did - What I did was a transformation

     of my life. a life for better and happier. I assure you

     I naturally decided to become a life 

    coach to change someone's life better, healthier and

    happier.  I did after the age of 50. You can do it too.

     5 minutes Power Kazouk Excercise ( PKE )

 

  Believe me, this  "5 minutes Power Excercise" is

   hard.      You will love me when you notice the

  difference if you do everyday. 

 

   *It is important to continue these 5 excercise

     without stopping.

     If you find it too hard, start from

     30 seconds each at first.  

     So It means only

     2 minutes and half PKE!

 

 * Warning

  If you do not know correct way to do exercise, please do no

  not start doing because incorrect excercise is just a harm 

 to you body and will cause an injury.  Bad posture and  techniques make wrong body and accerate your problems

5 minutes Daily Exercise for 

      busy people

1.  A Plank for 1 minute

every day to increase core 

strength - if you dont have time, just do this

 

Increase your repetitions as you get better!  Core muscle strengh is the key ingredient of a Zouk dancer.  The plank is the most important excercise for core strength.

if you have absolutely no time, do just this excercise for 1 munute a day!

 

 lie face down,elbows on the ground.push up, your weight on forearms and feet,elbows at 90 degree.head, back,hips and ancles in a straight line.

 

Never underestimateThe power of Excercize!!

 

within seconds of excerting yourself

 

  • Your heart rate increases.

  • Blood is delivered to your muscles

  • You start burning carbs and fat for fuel

  • You get an alomost immediate mood boost

  • You breathe faster and deeper:Making more oxygen available to your working mustles    

 

An Hour later

  • you have strengthend your immune system

  • You mood is still boosted    

  • your body continues to burn energy at a higer rate

 

THAT EVENING                                                           

  • Your mustle are recovering and rebulding

  • Your blood lipid(choresterol, triglycerides)profils will improve

  • Youe body will clear glucose more rapidly from the blood,which prevents heart desease and diabetes.

  • You feel alerts and focused

       Youe sleep quality will improve

 

A week later

Variation of plank 1

 

after you hold yourself for 30seconds as described above, you can make leg forward right sideways and left sideway in turn for another 30 seconds.

stay your hip position stable while doing this.

Variation of Plank 2 - Side prank  

 

Support yourself by one elbow down to the ground

90 degree and count 30seconds and do an opporsite

side.

If you are strong enough to support yourself,

just lift your one leg above another leg slightly. if you become unstable, just put back your legs together, keep straight line. 

2. After 1 minute plank, you can hold your leg bend over and stretch (V angle) alternately for 60 minutes. If you are strong enough, just hold your legs V angle and keep it for the last 30seconds.

3. Cranch and sit up same time

 

this is the hardest one as you have to cranch as high as possible both hips and head lifting at the same time! then touch your right elbow to left knee for 30 seconds and repeat opporsite side for another 30 seconds.

 

 4. Option 1 - Classic sit up

 

After you finished the crunch excercise above, you must be probable tired and wish to rest. I am afraid you cant.

So your option is  just do normal sit up for 60seconds very slowly.

 

if you feeling ok, increase angle to 30degree to 45degree

 

Your belly should start feel hurt by now.

4. Option 2 of SIT UP 

 

If you still have energy, do this!

Instead of doing simple sit up described above, you grab something heavy but easy to grip with your hands. a soft ball is an ideal. hold the item close to your chest

 

Rotate twisting your weist slightly using S motion to the right side then to the left.

But keep your leg and back angle stable. This also work side as well as lower belly.

5. Bycicle 

 

Hurrey! This is the last excercise before lieing down for dead!!! Dont pause here, just one minutes to go!!!  You need to squeese all remaining power to this classic eccercise.

 

lie on your back, hands beside head making sure wide open. legs raised one by one knees bent at a 90degree angle. Bring left elbow towards right knee but keep your frame while your head are lifted at least 20 degree, 30 degree if you can!

Donot stop it and make it faster the last 30 seconds. Yes you are almost there!!!

 

 

 

Finally you can relax with the child pose

to protect your back and relax

 

30 seconds breathe in and out 

slowly.......

 

 

Yes, you have done it!! Well done!!  I know you will never felt 5 minutes so long!!
